This is a really interesting painting to do with several techniques and material applications. We want you to be able to focus on the painting of the Wolf so we will have prepared the 18″ x 24″ canvas and applied the design ready for you to paint.
We use the Bob Ross Wildlife Method to paint this painting.
You will begin by painting the background. Then you begin painting the wolf by painting in the eyes – the eyes are so important and you will learn the techniques to get these to look fabulous. You continue the painting using black and white acrylic paint to develop the various values of darks and lights for the entire wolf. Then it’s on to the detail to paint fur, hair, and whiskers using the Bob Ross Soft Oil paint. This is a fun painting and be prepared to be amazed at the beautiful final results.
